We will be missing you, Summer. We said good bye with one last irrigation day. Love this beautiful backyard that transform squabbles over electronic devices into brothers bonding over trap making, tree climbing, crocodile fishing and the like. I don't know how long I will live in this perfect little house, but when I leave, I will miss it for the rest of my life.

Stockton at Two
I love age two and three. Stockton is communicating so well and is such a delight to have in our family. When he doesn't know the answer to a question, he says, "I can't think." instead of I don't know. Sweet little buddy.
When jumping into the pool to his brother he exclaimed, "Candy Ball!!!"
LOVES to learn by doing. Enjoys taking things apart, doing hands-on science activities with Logan, and figuring things out with his hands.
Asks to go to the cow farm almost every day (Wheeler Farm). He loves (and needs) lots of physical exercise and space to run and jump. It calms him to have a lot of stimulation.
This is one of our favorite shots of Stockton. Happy, fun and you're not quite sure what he is going to do next.

Family Pics
We sure miss our cousins who live up on the Oregon coast. We got some family pics recently when we were together.

Chickies and Buddies
While these chickens belong to Logan, he isn't the one who loves them the most. Cute little Stockton is the best chicken catcher in the family. The other day he was lost, and I couldn't find him. I thought he had drowned in the ditch on irrigation day. About 15 minutes later, I found him sitting in the chicken coop holding his little friends.

Don't die, Stockton
We love our cute little buddy so much we can't even stand it. He is affectionate and inquisitive and tender. He has a great sense of humor, and loves to learn new things. We are not sure why, but he is still eating nonfood items all of the time.
Items on the list include:
Poison berries (2x)
Phosphate (detergent additive)
Charcoal
Shoe polish
Weed killer (snatched it from me and ran away as fast as he could spraying it in his mouth)
Q-tips
Various medicines (look out, he can open childproof containers)
Battery
These are just some of the toxic items. When we took him to the hospital last week for eating the battery, I was pretty sure they were going to take him away from me. Well, they didn't, lucky for us. Bless his heart. Bless mine too.

Thanksgiving in Oregon
We joined John and Liz in Oregon for Thanksgiving this year. We started out with a trip to John's lab at Oregon State University. Logan has been so excited to see John's microscopes for months!

Had a lot of fun silly time with cousins.
Looked at a zillion cute houses!
