Good luck on your first day, Buddy.
Stockton is getting bigger too. I spent a few hours at the hospital with him last night. He has been an *extremely* oral baby. He eats non-food items constantly, and is barely beginning to grow out of it. His current list includes (phosphate, deadly nightshade berries, Q-tips, shoe polish, deodorant, the wood on his crib, dirt, small rocks, charcoal, dryer lint, money, etc......) Yesterday, I cleaned out my car and brought a small opaque zipper pouch that had a few first aid items in it, including extra strength Tylenol. Before I knew it, he had it opened up in the other room. I found the pills on the floor and didn't know if he'd eaten them (considering his history, it seemed likely). After some time on the phone with the very nice lady at poison control, we determined he needed blood testing done. Apparently there aren't any symptoms for a Tylenol overdose until two days later, when your liver shuts down and you die. Five pills is lethal for a little guy.
He was mad about getting poked. Luckily it was a false alarm, and he is going to be just fine. Hopefully his survival instinct kicks in soon. Sweet little guy.

Oh boy, isn't it crazy how some babies just give you a run for your money!? I'm glad Stockton was okay! Scary! Kindergarten is all day here and I don't like it one bit. Leaving Caleb at school today was so hard! when I was teaching BC (before children) I really had no idea what those kindergarten parents were going through. I thought I did, but I didn't because until you have kids, it's really hard to completely understand that those parents are trusting you with their WHOLE WORLD. I wish we lived closer so we could be lonely together!
First Grade!? Where did the years go? I'm sure Logan will manage to be both good and smart. I hope he loves school; that makes things so much easier on everyone.
Stockton has really given you a challenge. It is a relief to hear that he might be growing out of his need to taste everything in his world. I'm curious, does he think anything is icky? I'm glad he is okay.
Jo, luckily he tried to eat deodorant the other day, and he spit it out! That was a big step forward for him. Hopefully his taste buds work!
